Projects Deleted

After trying this for free, I purchased Mockplus Pro. I had several wireframes set up and configured. When I came in today, they were all deleted. No history, nothing in the trash can.


What happened?


I will request a refund if they can not restore my data. What a disappointment.


I wish I could submit a link.


And PLEASE remove that insipid sales banner that pops up on every page. I already regret buying what I did. It just makes me like this site less.
